Our first London client nearly switched their website off. It had never brought in a lead, so they were planning to drop it and put everything into social media, and that is what they first asked us about. The website was an online brochure: nothing on it told Google, or the assistants people now ask instead of searching, what the business did or who it was for, so nobody looking for them could find them.
A Line Check and then a full audit showed where the enquiries were leaking. Seeing the reasons, they chose to rebrand the website and try again rather than abandon it. We rebuilt it as an Attention build, with a visibility add-on so the right customers could find it, simplified how customers get in touch and put a system behind it so enquiries, customer details and follow-ups are not lost. Our second London client is a content creator working to break 100,000 followers, with a video channel, three social platforms and a personal website being set up. We advised on making the website visible in search, built the posts and a clear plan for what to post and when, and added measurement across every channel.
