Each of them quotes on site, from their phone: they take photos of the job, talk through the details and the quote is written from what they say, so it goes out while they are still there rather than at the end of the day.
Quotes go out faster and customers pay faster. Payment and booking happen from the quote itself, which makes the business look and feel more professional to its customers and takes a lot of admin off the owner. His team are happier using it too.
