The job, tracked from enquiry to paid.

Quoting and job management software for builders, electricians, plumbers, heating engineers, cleaners and landscapers. Quote from the customer’s house, keep every job in one record, and have the paperwork made from it instead of typed again.

Why trades lose jobs

Six places a trade loses work, and what stops each one.

  1. 01

The enquiry that comes in while you are on a roof

A missed call is a customer ringing the next name on the list. The Attention build texts them back automatically and replies to web enquiries within 60 seconds.

  2. 02

The quote that goes out on Thursday for a job seen on Monday

The quoting tool builds it on your phone at the house and texts the customer a link. You see when it is opened and accepted.

  3. 03

    The deposit you are chasing

The quote shows your deposit terms before the customer accepts, and on Pro and Full the payment details appear the moment they do.

  4. 04

The job that lives in your head and a notebook

A Full Line build tracks every job from enquiry to paid, with a customer record, notes and history you can look up from the van.

  5. 05

    The paperwork you write twice

Job sheets, quotes and invoices are generated from the live record, so nothing is retyped between what was agreed and what is billed.

  6. 06

    The renewal nobody remembered

Date-driven reminders for a service due, a renewal or a certificate expiry, so the next job comes to you instead of waiting for you to remember.

Job management for trades

What a Full Line build does for a trade.

Every trade has one thing it cannot afford to get wrong and currently keeps on a whiteboard: an allergy in a kitchen, an MOT date in a garage, a treatment note in a clinic, a certificate expiry on a site. Same system, different fields. Working out which fields are yours is what the Diagnostic is for.

  • A bespoke CRM: customer records, full history, notes, and the fields your trade actually needs
  • Job and order management, with status tracked from enquiry through to paid
  • Document generation from live records: job sheets, worksheets, quotes, invoices
  • Resource scheduling for staff, bays, rooms or equipment, not just a diary slot
  • Date-driven automation: service due, renewal, follow-up, certificate expiry
  • Role-based access control, so not everyone sees everything
  • Reporting written in English, not a wall of charts
  • Multi-step follow-up and re-engagement sequences
  • Integration with your existing tools and calendar

The fields differ by trade; the system does not. We set it up for an electrician’s certificates or a cleaner’s rotas, not a template. Fixed price, 50% to start and 50% on delivery.

The quoting app

From site visit to booked job.

The quoting tool in a dramatised example: every name, time and price is invented. The booking behind the Order build is proven on ShotBot, our own product. Read how tradespeople stop quoting in the evenings.

01

Say it, price it

Pick the work, tidy the scope, set your price. It saves as you go, so no signal costs you nothing. On Full, say the job and AI writes the customer summary for you to check.

02

Send it yourself

One tap opens your own Messages with the link filled in. You press send, so nothing goes out unless you choose.

03

They read one clear page, and accept

Your scope, one price, your deposit terms, and your logo on Pro and Full. One tap to accept. No itemised bill.

04

The deposit comes to you

You see when it is opened and accepted. On Pro and Full your phone alerts you and they see how to pay at once. It goes straight to you, never through us.

05

Book it in

On Full, pick the start date and text them the booking. Their quote shows the date and a calendar link.

The clips are from a dramatised example: every name, time and person is fictional.

Rent or build

Renting job software is sometimes the right answer.

Renting suits you if

  • You are one person with a simple week
  • You need quotes and little else
  • You want it cheap to start, with someone else keeping it running

Building suits you if

  • Your process should not bend to the software
  • You do not want a fee that rises with every user
  • You want your customer data in your own account
  • You need the whole job tracked your way

If you need quotes and little else, the quoting tool is the lighter option. If you need the whole job tracked your way, that is what a build is for.

What a booking system costs: renting against building

Questions

Trades software questions, answered straight.

What is the cheapest way to start?
The quoting tool: Base £50 a month, Pro £75 a month, Full £125 a month. Invoiced three months in advance. The minimum term is three months. A one-off set-up fee applies. We confirm it when you enquire.
Do I need a full system, or just a quoting tool?
If your problem is getting quotes out fast and knowing when they are opened and accepted, the quoting tool is enough. A build earns its price when the job itself needs tracking from enquiry to paid, with paperwork made from the record and dates that trigger the next step.
What does a full back office for a trade include?
The Full Line build, from £6,000, with a monthly retainer of £399: a customer list with history, jobs tracked from enquiry to paid, job sheets, quotes and invoices made from live records, scheduling for staff and equipment, and automatic reminders when a service, renewal or certificate is due.
Can customers pay a deposit online?
Yes. On the quoting tool, Pro and Full show a deposit payment box when the customer accepts, with an optional payment link that comes from your own account. On a build, payment is taken through Stripe and the account is in your name from day one. We never hold your customer’s money.
Will you set it up around the way I already work?
Yes. The quoting tool is a product, set up with your name, your job types and your wording. A build is designed around your trade: the fields, the paperwork and the order you do things in.
