Send the quote before you leave the driveway.
A quoting app for builders and tradesmen that runs on your phone. Build the quote at the customer’s house, text them a link, and see the moment they accept. You set the price. They see one clear price, not an itemised bill.

How a quote goes
From site visit to booked job.
01
Say it, price it
Pick the work, tidy the scope, set your price. It saves as you go, so no signal costs you nothing. On Full, say the job and AI writes the customer summary for you to check.
02
Send it yourself
One tap opens your own Messages with the link filled in. You press send, so nothing goes out unless you choose.
03
They read one clear page, and accept
Your scope, one price, your deposit terms, and your logo on Pro and Full. One tap to accept. No itemised bill.
04
The deposit comes to you
You see when it is opened and accepted. On Pro and Full your phone alerts you and they see how to pay at once. It goes straight to you, never through us.
05
Book it in
On Full, pick the start date and text them the booking. Their quote shows the date and a calendar link.
The clips are from a dramatised example: every name, time and person is fictional.
One price
One price, not an itemised bill.

One price
The quote shows the scope of works and one price. No line-by-line bill to pick apart.
Your deposit
Choose it on each quote: none, a percentage, or a fixed sum.
VAT your way
VAT-registered? It is added and shown, and you can leave it off a single quote. Not registered? No VAT appears anywhere.
Your wording
The job type fills in the scope of works. You rewrite, add or remove lines for this customer.
The plans
Quoting app plans for tradesmen: three prices, all published.
Base
£50 a month
Quoting, done properly, from your phone.
- Build the quote on your phone, on site
- Several jobs on one quote, editable any time
- Your scope of works, one price, VAT if you charge it
- Your deposit terms, and your bank details so the customer can pay the deposit, on the quote
- Send it from your own Messages app
- See when the quote is opened and when it is accepted
- A list of every quote, and a spreadsheet download of the lot
Pro
£75 a month
Everything in Base, plus getting paid and following up.
- Your business logo on the quote your customer receives
- Job photos kept with each quote, for you and your team (customers do not see them)
- Phone alerts the moment a customer accepts
- Deposit payment details shown the moment they accept, with an optional payment link
- One pre-written follow-up text
- Final balance: ask for what is still owed when the job is done, with up to three reminder texts you send yourself, and mark it paid
- Review request: a pre-written text with your Google review link, once the balance is paid
- Link to accounting software such as Sage or Xero, so accepted and invoiced quotes go straight into your accounts
Full
£125 a month
Everything in Pro, plus the AI voice-note summary, more follow-up and booking in.
- AI voice-note summary: say or type the job and AI writes a customer-friendly summary for you to check and edit
- Three pre-written follow-up texts
- Booking in: set the start date on an accepted job. The customer’s quote shows it with a calendar link, you can text them the date, and your phone reminds you the day before
Pro and Full include everything in the plan before them.
Invoiced three months in advance. The minimum term is three months.
A one-off set-up fee applies. We confirm it when you enquire.
Changes to how the tool itself works are quoted separately.
Which plan?
Not sure which plan? Answer six questions.
Are professional quotes with your own business logo important to you?
Would you like to keep photos of the job with each quote, for you and your team?
Would you like customers to see how to pay the deposit the moment they accept?
Would a phone alert the moment a customer accepts help you?
Would you rather speak the job into your phone and have AI write the customer summary for you?
Would you like to book accepted jobs in with a calendar link, and have three pre-written follow-ups for customers who go quiet?
Not sure which plan? Compare the three above, or ask us and we will point you to the right one.
Getting paid
Take the deposit without chasing it. It goes to you, not through us.
| What | Base | Pro and Full |
|---|---|---|
| When they see it | On the quote, before they accept | The moment they accept |
| How they pay | Your bank details, shown on the quote | Your payment details, and a payment link if you add one from your own bank or payment account |
| What you see | When it is opened and when it is accepted | A phone alert the moment they accept, and you mark the deposit received |
For example, a Monzo, Tide or Stripe account can create a payment link. If you bank elsewhere, ask whether your bank offers payment links. What your customer can pay with, Apple Pay included, depends on your account.
We never take or hold your customer’s money. The deposit goes straight to you.
The small print, plainly
The limits, stated up front.
- Included: Build and save quotes on your phone with no signal at all.
- Included: Your quotes and customer details are yours, and you can download them as a spreadsheet at any time.
- Included: Each business has its own separate database.
- Limit: Sending a quote, writing up the AI summary and booking a job in need signal.
- Limit: Phone alerts need the app on your Home Screen and notifications allowed. On iPhone that means iOS 16.4 or later, opened from the icon. If an alert does not arrive, the quote still shows as accepted in your list.
- Limit: Payment links depend on your bank or payment account offering them.
- Limit: It is a product, not a bespoke build: you use the software for as long as you subscribe.
If you need something built around how your business works, that is what our builds are for.
