Booking and ordering systems, built where we are.

ShotBot runs at Padel People in Corsham. The founder ran CrossFit Monarch in Chippenham for over three years. This is not a service area drawn on a map from somewhere else; it is where the business actually operates.

Home ground

The kind of business this suits.

The businesses already on this site are the pattern: a padel venue booking machine hire by the hour, and a gym booking classes and managing memberships. Both are owner-run, both have one thing that must not go wrong (a double-booked hour, a class over its limit), and both are the shape most Wiltshire trade and appointment-led businesses share.

What we build for Wiltshire businesses: equipment hire booking, gyms and classes booking, quoting and job management for trades, a quoting app. Every price is on the services page.

The proof

The proof is not remote.

ShotBot, the padel ball machine booking system referenced across this site, is live at a club in Corsham: real bookings, real payment, real customers. It is one of the two case studies the whole ladder is built on.

The founder co-owns CrossFit Monarch in Chippenham, which is why the gym booking page on this site is written by someone who has lived the problem of bookings, payments and memberships not talking to each other, not by someone guessing at it.

The towns already covered: Chippenham, Corsham, Calne, Melksham, Trowbridge, Frome, Westbury, Warminster, Swindon and Cirencester, alongside Bath and Bristol.

Where we work

The towns around us.

Chippenham, Corsham, Calne and Melksham are the closest to home, so kickoff and handover in person are easy to arrange. Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster and Frome are the next ring out, with Swindon and Cirencester to the north and east. Every one is covered at the same published price and the same fixed scope, and the build runs on the same shared preview link wherever the business is. Kickoff and the final walkthrough on your own equipment still happen in person wherever the drive is worth it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you work with businesses outside Wiltshire?
Yes. Bath and Bristol are both in the published service area, and the free call and preview-link build process work the same distance either way.
Is there a different price for a Wiltshire business?
No. Every build is priced from the same published ladder regardless of town, and being local changes nothing about the fixed price or the fixed scope.
Can you visit in person?
Yes, and being based here makes that straightforward for kickoff, testing on your own equipment, or handover. Most of the build itself runs on a shared preview link either way.
Which Wiltshire towns do you cover?
Chippenham, Corsham, Calne, Melksham, Trowbridge, Frome, Westbury, Warminster, Swindon and Cirencester, as well as Bath and Bristol.
How long does a build take?
An Order build typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. There is a shared preview link from week one and an update every Friday, so you see it taking shape rather than waiting for a reveal.
Can you work with a business that already has a website?
Yes, and most do. The free call works out whether the problem is the site, the booking process behind it, or neither, and if an off-the-shelf tool is the better answer we name it.

Tell us what breaks when you get busy.

The first step is a call, and it costs nothing: twenty minutes on what your business does and what breaks when you get busy. Most projects then start with the £450 Diagnostic: half a day walking your process end to end, with a written recommendation and a fixed quote, credited in full against a build if you go ahead within thirty days. If you already know which package you need and its scope is clear, we quote it directly.
