Do you need a new website, or just fixes?
Often, fixes. If the site is clear, loads properly, gets people to contact you easily and shows proof you are the real thing, fix what is weak and leave it alone. A redesign earns its cost when the structure itself is the problem: it cannot do what the business needs, it is hard to change, or you do not control it.

01
Signs fixes will do
- The site looks current and works properly on a phone.
- Your contact details and what you do are clear straight away.
- You get some enquiries, just fewer than you should.
- What is wrong is specific: a slow page, a weak first screen, missing proof, no clear next step.
In that case rebuilding is usually the expensive way to fix a cheap problem.
02
Signs it needs a redesign
- You cannot change it yourself, or changing it costs more than it is worth.
- It cannot do what the business now needs: take bookings, take payment, catch enquiries while you are busy.
- The way it was built limits what can be fixed.
- You do not control the domain or the build, so you cannot move it.
- It was built to look good rather than to bring in work, and it shows.

What a good redesign keeps
A rebuild should not throw away what the old site has earned. Every old address should be mapped to its new one so existing links and search history carry over, and your Google Business Profile and reviews stay as they are.
Ask any agency how they will do that before you agree to anything. A redesign that ignores it can lose the customers who already find you.

How to find out without spending anything
Our Line Check is free. Put in your site and it shows how it is performing, where customers are likely to be lost, and what is worth changing. It does not tell you to rebuild, because often the answer is not that.
If you want a straight recommendation with a fixed price attached, the Diagnostic is £450, credited in full against a build within 30 days. You get a written answer whether or not you ever build anything with us.

Tell us what breaks when you get busy.
The first step is a call, and it costs nothing: twenty minutes on what your business does and what breaks when you get busy. Most projects then start with the £450 Diagnostic: half a day walking your process end to end, with a written recommendation and a fixed quote, credited in full against a build if you go ahead within thirty days. If you already know which package you need and its scope is clear, we quote it directly.
